Jobs and cars

"I've ben thinking lately about how much I dislike working at Pep Boys. It's lots of little things, I fel stiff and sore every day after work, I don't like being grimy all the time, I don't like the management's atitude of cheating the customer in little ways.
Well today I was just offered full time there (up from the current 20/hrs a week). I don't really know what to do. I want to leave there, but at least until I sell the Crown Vic, I really need the money."

"In other news, The Cat will be back on the road again soon. My mom is loaning me the money to get her repaired. This is not as generous as it sounds, she's doing it because she wants to sell my dad's truck which is what I'm driving now. But hey I'm getting my car back on the road, so that's all I really care about.
So next week The Cat is getting new halfshafts, an ew control arm (if that is what's bent in the frontend), an alignment, a transmission drain/flush/filter change, and an emissions test, then she'll be back in proper traveling trim.
Then I'll have to get her properly cleaned up and finish up redoing the text & hopefully finishing up the shattered mirror roof in time for Artscape.
I'm also going to be bringing her to the 'Ancients and Horribles' parade in Chepachet, RI on the 4th of July."
