getting stuff done

"The plan for today is to do all sorts of odds 'n ends projects on The Cat that have been piling up for a while. I figured that if I all this stuff at once I can combine projects and not have to remove stuff twice to get things done to it. F'instance, since i have to take the rear bumper off to fix the rust under it, I might as well fix the broken bracket on it.

Finished, for now.

"Well, I've finished working on The Cat for the night.
Shortly after I put the first coat of POR-15 on the prepped areas it started to rain. I got her covered up as fast as possible, hopefully none of the painted parts got too wet to cure properly.
I tossed all the tools and pieces I had taken off into the wayback. I guess I'll be going to work tomorrow with a half-disassembled car. I don't mind though, as I got a lot of things done.
Tomorrow I'll put another coat of POR-15 on, and put most of her back together, and either tomorrow or some time next week I'll put the topcoat over the POR-15 and the rust repair will be done. I might even have time tomorrow to look at and possibly fix the annoying vibration in the front brakes, and check to see that the back brakes don't need replacing."
