Almost hair dye

"Well I currently have a ~1" wide bleached stripe running from my left temple all the way back and down my long hair too. It was supposed to be dyed green this morning but [C] (who did the bleaching and will be doing the dying) suggested I might want to wait until after St. Patrick's Day was over to dye my hair green. Good thinking on her part.
Other stuff to post, but I'm tired and my left knee/leg is unaccountably painful so I'm going to try and read and sleep a bit."

I miss, 'wow she's cute.'
I miss, 'I'm enthralled.'
I miss, 'does she like me?'
I miss, 'could it be?'
I miss, the word 'yes.' said so softly as to be little more than a whisper.
I miss, letters written back and forth, pages filled with nothing, and eagerly awaiting the next.
I miss, hands held, arms around each other.
I miss, filling my thoughts to the exclusion of all else.
I miss, talking all night, the words twining and coiling around us.
I miss, long looks, without need to fill the silence.
I miss, the slightest touch, like fingertips of fire on my skin.
I miss, curled up and wrapped around each other, not a need for anything else in the world.
I miss, small smiles that glow so bright I can barely manage to look upon them.
I miss, wanting someone to grow beyond what they are, to everything they can be.
I miss, dreams of the future that begin with 'we...'
I miss....

I miss that which I had, and that which I lost, and that which I have only heard of, and that which I missed a chance to have...

On those late night, when the dark is even darker, and the silence presses upon me, allowing not a sound through to interuppt the voices of doubt in my head. I miss being able to know in my deepest heart of hearts, that there is at least one person out there who is thinking fondly of me.
