Feb. 3rd, 2003 06:55 pm"So I ended up driving up to Boston last night for a potluck dinner. Hung out with ppl and had a fun time, and got overnight snuggles too. The downside was I got 4 hours of sleep and then had to drive back from Boston and go immediately to work.
I was bleary for most of the day. Until the forklift showed up to move a piece of equipment heavier than my car into the machine shop next door. That was a trip trying to fit both into the building, it included at once point attacking a corssbeam with saws, crowbars & hammers to give us the 3" extra clearance we needed to get the forklift past.
I'm supposed toget together with Fey for some 1-0n-1 gaming, but I'm not sure I have the mental capacity for that, so I think I'm going ot call her up and see if she wants to help me go hunting for a particular software title."
