"Whee, fun weekend. Started with a furs diner meet, progressed to furs hanging out. Got snuggles, did car repair, hung out, The Great Muppet Caper, more snuggles, cottage cleaning, The Italian Job, and now soon, thud.

The cottage is all set for ppl to come hang out next weekend, I just have a short shopping list of odds-n-ends to bring with me on Friday.

Got my first real paycheck from my new job. That money will come in handy. Except I think they have my state income tax figured wrong. Last year I paid a total of ~$65 and got all that back. Thus far I have gotten two paychecks, totaling less than one paycheck was at NAPA, and I have already paid in almost $20 in just state income tax. Must call payroll tomorrow, got a few other questions for them too.

Oh right, thud. Tomorrow [C] wants me to come with when she test-drive's an '88 Trans Am. That is a situation I can safely say I never expected to be in." :)

"It took me forever to get going this morning, and about an hour longer than usual to finish my day's work. I have a low grade headache and feel generally miserable dispite the wondereful weather.
I think rather than using this lovely weather to do The Cat's oil change, or work on her artwork I am instead going to curl up in bed and hope for a nap."
