"So I have already ranted in the past about the team 'fun' activities at the office I work at, and how they just baffle me. I have been continuing to ignore them as they apply to me personally, but still see a fair amount of it around me, and most of that is unintentially funny.
This is my current favorite:
All of the the different 'teams' is a different color. And at one point they were all issued 'bandanas' in their team colors (actually just large squares of cloth). They are supposed ot have these with them when they do team activties so people will know what team they are on. Between activties many folxs have taken to pinning up the bandanas to the sides of their cubicals to show team spirit.
The thing is, I can't help being reminded of the Hanky Code(wikipedia but still possibly NSFW) every time I see one of these.
So I regularly see people's cubicals flagging either left or right with red, yellow and black bandanas, among others.
Got to say, I love the wildly unintentional messages this is sending."
