"Ok I've been laughing as quietly as possible at work about this for 5 minutes, so I figured I should post it.
The customer service ppl are right behind me in the office so I can easily overhear their half of phone conversations. And I gotta say one just won a lot of credit from me for her ability to keep a straight face through the following:

It fell into the septic tank?...Ok, let me bring up your file.
