It's been a boring couple of days, stuck on campus during fall break. The tiny campus of Boford University isn't a bustling place at the best of times, and now it's nearly empty. And the nearby farming town of Warmack isn't exactly a hotbed of excitement either.
Last night the storms were pretty at first, but the thunder & wind blowing hard enough to shake the building got old fast. And the power outage got old even faster. But you were finally able to get to sleep, even if you did have some odd dreams. But this morning when you got up it was pretty clear there was something wrong, really wrong. And you get the feeling that your incomplete English Lit paper has just become the ( least of your problems... )
