Stuff to do...
Sep. 27th, 2007 09:20 amMeh, feeling stressed and overwhelmed right now. Can't imaging why. I couldn't have anything to do with needing to pack and move everything I own, sell two cars, buy one new(er) car, fix the third car, dispose of a bunch of stuff that isn't coming with us, get utilities turned on/transfered over at the new place, etc.
I need a vacation. But if I took one, I'd spend it trying to get all this crap done.
For those who have offered to help move, this is the rough schedule thus far. This Saturday morning Fey & I will be packing as much non-essential stuff from the apartment as we have boxes for, and bringing that over to the new place. The Alley Cat will likely be packing and moving some of her stuff over, and *may* be moving some of my garage/basement crap that afternoon/evening (or sun) if she has the time and is up for it.
Next weekend (Oct 6&7th) will be our big move weekend, this is when we could really use your help. Dependant on truck acquisition, furniture moving will likely happen Sat, with unpacking fest on Sun.
On the subject of buying a new car, I think I found the car I most don't want in the world. A diesel 2-door Buick Century, it even beat out the Diesel Peugeot.
