Thin flexible solar sheets, that produce the same power as current solar cells for less than 1/3rd the cost, are more durable and flexible.
I want some of these! Hell, I want to re-do the roof on the house & garage in them and feed that back into the power grid.
Lining the hood/roof/trunklid of a hybrid in these would probably give oyu a couple MPG boost.
If they can go truly large scale (and considering they have two plants already, they are on their way) this could completely revolutionize power production, as it could end up cheaper than the current dirty alternatives.
