House Lust

I have a hard time believing the price on this house isn't a typo.
A 3200sq ft 2-family victorian beauty like that with a full side porch sitting on over a half acre of land for $69,900? With hardwood floor, multiple fireplaces, amazing woodwork, etc. If that is the right price I have to wonder what could possibly be wrong with it.
I've already emailed the agent, and am waiting impatiently for a reply. I do believe I am smitten.

House update

Did some more internet snooping on the house in my previous post. Apparently the price is correct and it is a foreclosure sale. That means that while I can have it inspected they won't turn on any of the utilities or systems for that inspection. SO I wouldn't know until after the sale whether the heat, hot water, electricity, appliances(if any), etc. work. Still an intriguing house at an intriguing price, but with more risk involved...
