Future moving planning (Ver II)

I'm trying to get an idea of who might be able to help us move to Providence. I understand it is impossible to give a solid answer without knowing the date(s), but for now I'm just asking if you would be available if the date(s) happened to work for you. Standard bribes of food & drink apply.
We're going to have to do a (mostly) one-day big truck kind of a move as many car-sized trips between places 1.5-2hrs away just isn't feasible.
