Curse you insidious caffeine!
I am once again trying to cut caffeine out of my diet. It doesn't wake me up, it just makes me more jittery, ruins what tiny bit of eye-hand co-ordination I have and causes me to be exhausted a short time later.
However I am having the devil's own time eliminating it from my diet. I am currently out of the Propel I usually drink and have been trying to find something at the cafeteria at work to drink. However I just discovered today that the iced tea I usually drink has caffeine in it. And so I switched to a different bottled tea only to discover with a bit of poking around online that it has caffeine added as well.
Meh. Need to get a few more cases of Propel, so hopefully I can actually eliminate the caffeine, not just get it when I'm not expecting it.
