Busy weekend

Friday: Did an oil change on The Cat & [A]'s buick.
Saturday: Went to a pick-your-part junkyard with [C] & [A], and spent four hours there. Aquired a hood, driver's fender, front bumper, front turn signal, driver's side mirror, charcoal canister, and some inside fiddly stuff. [C] aquired a radiator overflow tank and a front seat, as well as several handfuls of assorted types of chrysler logos.
Today: Used the old hood to drill holes & test placement of the hood ornament for
mounting on new hood.
The plan for today is to do an oil change and check/replace the brakes on my
mom's car, chainsaw the fallen branches in her back yard, and possibly get
some work done on repainting the new parts & driling the mounts for the hood
ornament on the new hood.

It's been a busy weekend.
