Sep. 8th, 2001 09:46 pm"Well, I did skip work on Friday and stay up at Vassar. I had an enjoyable time there doing my usual thing and jumping from group to group as ppl went off to do cool things. Thursday and most of friday were quite enjoyable. But by friday night I was feeling disconnected and out of place there. So I did a very quick round of goodbyes and headed home in mom's car. I finally got home around 4am (after a 2 hr nap in the car). I awoke again late this morning and moped around the house feeling miserable for much of the day. Eventually I showered and went out for some shopping. The shopping was unsuccessful, but at least it got me out of the house.
When I got home I put the trim back on The Cat's driver's door. Then I redid the quotes o nthe door & rear 1/4 panels that had been taken off during the rust repair.
I've been mopeing around again for the last couple of hours. I've wanted to go do something that involves hanging out with other ppl, but there is noone local around, and since I am actually planning on going to work tomorrow I can't drive off somewhere.
Tomorrow CT Poly is going to the Renn Farie, which I can't make because of work. Oh well. Maybe it'll give me a chance to get some of the chores done aroudn the house."
