Car count thus far, 3
Jul. 30th, 2003 10:44 pm"So Monday evening Velvet brought over his Chevy. He commented that he had filled the tank with gas and there was now a slight gas smell. He ad I figured it was just some spilled and I drove him home then went to bed.
Tuesday morning I filled the chevy with my tools and drove to work, gas smell hung around. Upon arrival at my assigned store I discovered that the chevy was leaking gas fast enough to form a noticable puddle in about 30sec. Called velvet, and asked with our usual sarcasm "Is a noticable puddle forming under a car in about 30sec bad?" His even more sarcastic reply was "Is it blood?"
Called after work and The Cat has yet to be looked at.
So that afternoon [C] loaned me her 19 feet of Cadillac named Syren, which I promptly drove to Poughkeepsie to do a Tuesday night showing of RHPS.
Arrived at Vassar late for the show (it having started at 10pm, not midnight as expected), but I did get ehtre in time to utter my infamous line. Then I got to spend some time hanging out with some of my friends up there, which was nice, having not seen them for months in most cases. Left around 3am and drove straigh ot the !-84 rest stop and got about 4 hours sleep before trucking off to work.
Today at work was brutal, was so tired I kept just... slowing... down.. and draging ass. But I finally finished and came home to sleep for 4 hours. Now I'm upf for a few hours doign stuff before sacking back out again. Oh and they yet again haven't looked at The Cat."
