Furs & Phones
Nov. 3rd, 2003 07:00 pm"Whoo boy. Furfright was this Saturday and what a blast that was. B&K where expecting some 50-100 furs there tops, and over 150 showed up. they ran out of badges and the place was just full of ppl.
It was a lot of fun, I enjoyed myself for the whole thing, and left so tired I could barely think. I talked with bunches of furs, saw neat stuff hung out with ppl, got a gave scritches, got someone to let me customize his Cadillac. You know, the usual. :)
Could someone at Vassar find out if I can still get away with my usual bribe of brinign a case of bottled water for the cast instead of paying admission to the weekend's Rockys?
Also if someone could provide a good set of directions to Sanders off the Taconic I'd a ppreciate it as a friend is thinking of coming to Rocky and needs directions.
Something that will likely make a lot of you happier, I am getting a new cell phone and service. I'll actually have a Connecticut phone number, and I should have (mediocre but existant) signal at teh cottage so I can actually make & recieve calls there. In addition I get unlimited calls fri-sun so ppl can call me all they want those days as well as after 9pm the other four days.
I will (in theory) be getting the new phone tomorrow morning. Once I do I will no longer be answering my old one, but the voicemail message will give you the new number. So to get my new number you just have to call my old number. I'll also be posting it friend-only once I'm back in front of the computer. If you don't have my old number and are not on my friends list but want my new number email me and lewt me know who you are and that you want it."
