Weirdest Sunburn Ever.
Aug. 9th, 2004 09:30 am"I officially have the weirdest sunburn ever. Two weekends ago I was at Bicamp. That Saturday (the 31st) I was out swimming and hanging out around the river w/o a shirt. Turned a slight bit pink, but nothing much.
That *night* at around 10 - 11pm my shoulders started feeling a bit hot & itchy like when I get a minor sunburn. Thanks body, for informing me I have gotten too much sun, a few hours after the sun has gone down.
Over the next few days the sunburn is sore and tender, but by Wednesday it has stopped bothering me and turned into a very slight tan.
This morning I get out of the shower, ten days after getting some sun, to find me not-quite-pasty-white right shoulder peeling. A. Lot. Like in the time it took to write this I have peeled off a spot the size of a playing card.
Freaking weirdo body."
