"Things had been going fairly well the last couple of days. I was feeling pretty good.
Work had just called to beg me to go to Boston for a few days this week. This doesn't actually help much in the money front (aside from the fact it means I'll have full days of work as opposed to the partial days I have been having). But hey, I could go see ppl in Boston for a bit this week. The only downside being I get nothing accomplished at home.
Then I sat down to burn a CD I'd promised someone, only to have my CD-R drive die an annoying frustrating death on me. Meh, a new one will run me around $40, which is money I'd rather not be spending right now thankyouverymuch. Pain in my ass."
