So today was the first day I was back at work, after two days of being too sick. I wasn't really back to healthy, but was un-sick enough to fake functionality. I still feel like crap and am at the point that any meds that leave me functional also barely take the edge off. So sick, bleary, not a t full brain functionality and with a lovely cough & nose dribble to keep me occupied.
Also, Sunday was the day the guy was supposed to come and pick up and pay for the Bug. That "supposed" has probably clued you in to how well that went. He never showed up. I called him twice that day and got his voicemail, and he never returned the calls. That night I emailed him and asked what the hell was up and he hasn't responded. I'm guessing he decided he didn't want the car, but he didn't even have the basic decency to tell me, but rather just decided to ignore me.
This means since the Bug isn't going away, that I can't move Emily into the garage. And now I have to decide whether to try and actively sell the bug now at the worst time of the year to sell a classic car, or whether to just sit on it until spring and try and offload it then.
