So there was that
Nov. 10th, 2009 11:47 pmToday we had a meeting at work. Things with the India outsourcing are still not performing to expectations[1], and as such they are generously offering to extend our unemployment til the end of January.
I didn't take the extension.
I decided I can't keep living my life in two month increments. I need to move forward, even if that forward is into unemployment and job hunting.
My mom and I have been talking about me exploring the idea of going into Orthotics/Prosthetics, which is something that has always idly interested me. I'd want to do some research and get some hands-on look at things before I committed to the schooling required. But it is something interesting to ponder on.
