"I was planning to do laundry, work on one or more of my toy car projects, and prehaps do a few other things.
I didn't. I did squat. And I have to go to bed an hour early because I have to work at 8:30am on a Saturday!
...but I'm doing it so I can have Mon off to interview in Boston, so I'll deal. It is sort of amusingly pointless. The idea is that on Mon I usually check in the shipmernt that arives Sat morning. Thus if I want Mon off all I have to do is check in the shipment beforehand (ie Sat). Except there is no shipment coming in tomorrow, thus there is nothing for me to do, nor would there have been on Mon. I think I'm going to bring a couple books to work (especially since I just finished Cryptonomicon today)."
